There are some people in the world you wish you could take home and keep — and Sarah and R.J. are absolutely those kinds of people. They are two of the sweetest souls I’ve had the joy of meeting, and I was honored to be their Navarre Florida wedding photographer.

I loved seeing how they put God at the center of their relationship and made Him their foundation. R.J.’s silly sense of humor and Sarah’s kind, caring heart truly complement each other in the most beautiful way. Their love for God and each other shines through in everything they do.

Being able to photograph couples like Sarah and R.J. throughout Navarre Beach, Pensacola, and the Emerald Coast is one of the greatest joys of my work. Their love story is a beautiful reminder that when faith and love come together, something truly special is created.

I have photographed many first looks before, but Sarah and R.J.’s was truly unique and incredibly special. Standing outside the Pensacola Naval Aviation Memorial Chapel, Sarah’s excitement was written all over her face, while R.J. was completely smitten with joy.

As they were surrounded by family and friends at the Pensacola Naval Aviation Memorial Chapel , Sarah and R.J. had the most elegant and heartfelt ceremony. Before we finished up the celebration, I snuck off with the newlyweds to take some of the most incredible wedding portraits along Pensacola Beach. As a Navarre Florida wedding photographer, I absolutely love creating romantic beach portraits for couples along the Emerald Coast, and this session was no exception.

Our backdrop included the iconic pensacola lighthouse and one of Florida’s well-known breathtaking sunsets, creating the perfect coastal setting for their wedding photos. We had so much fun dipping our toes in the sand, laughing, and soaking in every beautiful moment — exactly what beach weddings in Navarre Beach, Pensacola, and Destin are all about.

We finished off the night with more celebrations at the Pensacola Chief Petty Offers club, where the dance floor stayed full all evening! As a Navarre Florida wedding photographer, I had the joy of capturing the first dance, second dance, and even the third dance — and honestly, my feet didn’t want to stop moving, just like their guests.
