The Akins Wedding photos on Fort Walton- Destin Beach Florida

I was truly blown away when I got to photograph Nate and Bridgette’s wedding in Navarre, Florida. Their determination, faith, and love for each other shined throughout the entire day, making this one of the most heartfelt weddings I’ve had the honor to document as a Navarre wedding photographer.

Facing a possible hurricane that later turned into a tropical storm, Nate and Bridgette embraced their wedding day with grace, joy, and unwavering love. Although they had originally planned a Navarre Beach wedding ceremony, weather required a last-minute change to a covered porch ceremony. Even through the disappointment, their love never wavered — a true reflection of the strong foundation they share.

With the loving support of their family and closest friends, they began their marriage journey surrounded by encouragement, laughter, and celebration. Moments like these remind me why I love being a Florida Panhandle wedding photographer.

Knowing the storm was approaching, I met with Nate and Bridgette the evening before their wedding at the the Four Points Sheraton, where we captured some of the most stunning couple portraits I’ve ever taken. These images beautifully reflect their connection and commitment to each other.

Marriage is a journey filled with highs and lows, but with a strong foundation built on love, faith, and commitment, I have no doubt Nate and Bridgette will overcome anything life brings their way. My wish for them is a lifetime filled with joy, laughter, and unconditional love.
